Make sure you’re not only eating right but exercising as well! 60 minutes of brisk walking a day is a great start to help you get on the right track to becoming fit and healthy. If you can walk to work or school, do so. A brisk 30 minute walk to work and one back home is all you need to help you shed some pounds.

Here's so background information about myself.
I am in my third year at The University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College. I am in the MTP journalism broadcasting program, which is why I am at both Fanshawe and Western. I love both schools and am honoured to be a part of such an amazing program. I have started this blog, because I am in a blogging course and have been wanting to blog for a while now.
