To ensure you are eating a healthy meal, pack your lunch for the next day. You know what is going into your food. Pack leftovers from the night before, or make a simple sandwich with a side of salad. Pack a bottle of water and some fruit or veggies and you’re set! It’s easy, quick, simple, and also very cost efficient.

Here's so background information about myself.
I am in my third year at The University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College. I am in the MTP journalism broadcasting program, which is why I am at both Fanshawe and Western. I love both schools and am honoured to be a part of such an amazing program. I have started this blog, because I am in a blogging course and have been wanting to blog for a while now.
